In keeping with our goal of providing our customers with the best possible value, we have tested a large group of components specifically designed for the 1999-04 SVT Lightning and 2002 - 03 Harley Davidson Truck.

We have invested hundreds of hours evaluating and refining each of the 5.4L engine and chassic products on our own MD-600 Chassis DYNO, and at race tracks coast to coast to ensure that we would develop as much power as possible, and as safely as possible. End result is our now available "Dyno Tuned Options".

When only the best wqill do! The MotoBlue™ GEN II Auxiliary Idler Kit for 99-04 Lightning & Harley Trucks.

While performing the upgrade to add the new Whipple Supercharger to our Lightning, we found that the original MotoBlue™ TRUE GRIP Auxiliary Idler Kit would not bolt on to the Kenne Bell or the Whipple Supercharger. We asked the engineers at MotoBlue™ if they could provide a fix for our bolt on problem. As always, they accepted the challenge and came up with a new and innovative auxiliary idler kit.

The MotoBlue™ GEN II Auxiliary Idler Kit simply replaces the left hand side idler pulley relocating its mounting position and wraps the belt over 88% around the compressor pulley, eliminating belt slip at any rpm.

All MotoBlue™ GEN II Auxiliary Idler Kit is made from CNC billet 6061 aircraft aluminum and comes with the new GEN X idler pulley at no extra charge. This exciting new kit can be installed in less than 10 minuets with basic hand tools.
