In keeping with our goal of providing our customers with the best possible value, we have tested a large group of components specifically designed for the 1999-04 SVT Lightning and 2002 - 03 Harley Davidson Truck.

We have invested hundreds of hours evaluating and refining each of the 5.4L engine and chassic products on our own MD-600 Chassis DYNO, and at race tracks coast to coast to ensure that we would develop as much power as possible, and as safely as possible. End result is our now available "Dyno Tuned Options".

Bassani Xhaust Ceramic Coated Headers

The Bassani engineering team has just finished development of our new line of Mild Steel header systems for the popular 5.4 liter Lightning and Harley Davidson models produced from 1999 to present.

With such super high-quality features as computer machined 3/8in. Thick flanges, computer mandrel-bent heavy-wall tubing and standard polished ceramic finish - these latest CNC-Series header applications look like another hit for Ford owners.

Installation of this kit is quite simple includes all of the special parts needed and should take no more than 2 hours to complete.

Bassani Heavy-Wall Mild Steel Header Features:
1-5/8" dia., "Optimum-Length" header.

• 14 gauge, 1-5/8" dia., mild steel primary tubes,
• 14 gauge, 2 1/2" dia., wave isolation collector.
• Ceramic or Crome finish for long-lasting good looks.
• Connects to all factory sensors and locations.
• Direct Bolt-on No cutting or welding.

Bassani Mid-Pipe With or Without Cats

The Bassani Stainless Steel 2-Cat Mid-Pipe and No-Cat Mid-Pipe systems are designed with the latest technology to provide the highest level of performance.

Both systems were designed to replace the very restrictive factory 2-1/4 inch mid-pipes with 4 cats with the very high flowing 2-1/2 stainless steel 2 cat mid-pipe.All stainless steel piping mandrel bent for superior exhaust gas flow, and is a key to the system’s performance.
